B020 APOLAR Series Light Blue Dial model is one of our best seller. Its a mechanical wristwatch we have developed base on the inspiration from the relationship between Earth & Moon. From which we have adopted a Swiss Made automatic movement (with special polished decorations) as a power source and then we installed a mechanical module which we have designed, developed, and constructed completely in-house to display a unique time display as well as a Moon track motion relative to the rotating Earth.
B020 APOLAR Functions: The globe on the dial rotates once every 24 hours (day / night indicator) while the ring track drives the micro moon orbiting the globe once 28 days, a system which provides a function of demonstration of celestial motion of our home planet and the moon (27.32 Days).
Unlike the traditional way of time telling by using hands, we have adopted 2 discs and decentralized system locating at the bottom of the dial (left & right) to represent the time in Hours?& Minutes respectively. Whereas there is a small seconds?hand in the center. The Apolar with its unique design (an official GPHG 2020 nominee) offers a new aspect of telling time and may set a milestone in the watch designing concept.
